How Do I Retrieve My Registration Code?

Tips:

• Purchase from our Agency: If you bought the product through our agency, we may not be able to retrieve the code because they don't share customer information with us. Please contact the agency directly for assistance.
• Purchase from the App Store: If you purchased the product from the App Store, you don't need a registration code! Simply launch the App Store and go to the "Purchase" tab to access and use the app directly.
• Order Processing Delay: If you placed an order successfully but receive an "order does not exist" message when searching, please wait 30-60 minutes for the order to be processed in our system. Haven't received your code after 2 hours? Please contact our support team.
